In the era of parity, there is a very important concept, that is, the cost of electricity consumption in the whole life cycle, which refers to the total cost of life cycle management of the entire photovoltaic power plant ÷ the total power generation, with an additional factor of 25 years. In the process of photovoltaic power plant development, a lot of modules or inverter enterprises have exited the industry. TBEA has long been committed to the development and dedication of the power industry. We have been engaged in the new energy industry for more than 20 years. We have been providing long-term stable products and services for the entire photovoltaic industry and photovoltaic power stations.

First of all, let's share the trend of photovoltaic parity access policy in our country. In 2012, the National Energy Administration first proposed the concept of "affordable Internet access" in the 12th Five Year Plan. In 2017, the national development and Reform Commission issued a notice to comprehensively deepen the reform of price mechanism, which mentioned that the grid price of photovoltaic and wind power generation should be equivalent to that of coal-fired power generation by 2020. On April 30 this year, the price department of the national development and Reform Commission issued a notice, which clearly defined the subsidy mechanism for the price of photovoltaic on-line. Moreover, under the new bidding mode, the centralized photovoltaic power station will be in line with the parity project in an all-round way. In fact, in the recent period of time, according to our domestic bidding situation, the current price level has brought great pressure to our photovoltaic practitioners, and of course, also brought some opportunities. Only through continuous technological innovation can photovoltaic enterprises comprehensively promote the arrival of the era of parity.

So the factors that affect the photovoltaic parity are these. Initial investment, system efficiency, power plant operation and maintenance and system safety. From the perspective of the development of the whole power plant, power generation, system operation and initial investment are very important factors. From the point of view of risk, it is possible that the generation capacity will come first, followed by the operation and maintenance of the whole power plant and the initial investment. Because there are many factors affecting the power generation, such as the efficiency of components, the reduction of components, the matching of inverter and components, etc.
